under the contemporary society with pressure and strong challenge，many people think it necessary to open psychological courses in the universities，so these courses are emphasized in many schools。
some people hold that it essential to open psychological courses，with the development of even aspects at college，the knowledge and skills we should study is becoming more and more difficult，what is more，the interpersonal also makes students anxious，so they hope to relax themselves after learning the effective skills from the teachers。these explain the reason why they agree to open psychological courses。 however，to other，they disagree the view of them。they think it is not only bored to get psychological classes，but also we can not do well in other subjects since the time and energy get too scattered，and we often allocate time incorrectly。
from my perspective，it is appropriate for us to treat the psychological courses as our classes，which will not only broaden our sight and enrich our kownledge，but also it helps to solve the problem of someone under pressure。in this way，they can take an active attitude toward life。
